These are the Following Steps:-
Step 1: First go to the Blogger blog dashboard and click the Theme option, now you click the Customise dropdown button and select the Edit HTML option.

Note:- When you apply to redirect blog code in your blog first you have to replace Red blog URL with your blog URL where you want to redirect.
