How to Move Tumblr blog to WordPress blog with Pictures

Hello friends welcome to the Techtspot blog, today I will show you how to import or move my Tumblr blog to a WordPress blog with pictures.

Why we need to move the Tumblr blog to a WordPress blog?

Tumblr is a blog like social media networking website and another side WordPress is a full content management system and you can create a fast secure blog, website, and online store, using WordPress platform, here when we create a Tumblr blog and publish at least 30 to 40 articles on it and then we realize we want to move Tumblr blog to WordPress blog because as we know WordPress has a lot of nice functionality that helps us to grow our blog, website, and online store rapidly.

For example, it has thousands of beautiful themes and advanced plugin functionality that help to create an advanced website like adding a contact form, newsletter, social button, marketing tools, analytics, product review, and you want to create a video, bookmarking, directory, business listing website using WordPress plugin system and now we want to move or import our Tumblr blog content into the WordPress blog, so in this post, I help you to migrate or move your Tumblr blog to a WordPress blog, now let's start.

These are the Following Steps:-

Step 1: First go to the WordPress dashboard and click the Tools drop-down button which is left side of the menu panel then click the import link, now in this list, you cannot find the Tumblr platform, so click the "Choose from full list" option.

Step 2: On this page, you can click Run Importer which is a show to the Tumblr option.

Step 3: Here click the Connect to Tumblr to begin button to connect your Tumblr blog with WordPress blog.

Step 4: Now a new popup window comes to appears in the middle of the screen, here you allow your Tumblr blog to WordPress platform just click Allow button.
