How to Change Author Name in Blogger blog with Pictures

Hello friends welcome to the Techtspot blog, today I will show you how to change or rename the Author Name in the Blogger blog with pictures.

Why we need to change the Author Name in the blog?

Here we are changing the author name, and author or admin means the person who publishes the content in the blog, and most of the case blog has one or multiple authors who published their category posts in the blog, here when we want to add some extra words or position names in the author name then we edit our name in the blogger profile.

In the blogger platform by default, the author or admin name is disabled which means Blogger removes the author or admin name from the blog posts, so we enable the author name then we change or rename the author-name, now let's start.

These are the Following Steps:-

Step 1: First we are enabling the author name which displays in the blog post footer area, now we open the Blogger blog dashboard and click the Layout option, here we click the Edit link in the Blog Posts gadget.

Step 2: Here we display the Author name, now we enable (on) the slide button from the Show author option then we click the Save button, now when you want to remove or hide the Author name from the blog posts footer area then you just disable (off) the Show author option.

Step 3: Now we change the Author name, here we click the Blogger Settings option and scroll up to the end then in the General section, we click the User profile link.

Step 4: On this page we are editing the Author name, just go to the Display name text box and edit the author name and scroll up to the end then click the Save button.
